This responsive website and mobile app redesign focused on user-centered UX research and copywriting. The process followed the Empathize–Define–Iterate framework and included user personas, empathy maps, storyboards, competitive analysis, marketing audits, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and an interactive prototype.
